Personal details:
Born at CASTEL S. PIETRO (BO) on 19th October 1958, MARRIED to GLORIA in June '83, 2 children SERENA (1983) and FAUSTO (1990).

Formal qualifications:
Diplomas from the Conservatory of G.B. MARTINI in BOLOGNA: TRUMPET (1978) and PERCUSSION INSTRUMENTS (1981). Attended optional courses including DIDACTICS OF MUSIC, PIANOFORTE, COMPOSITION and BAND INSTRUMENTS.

First steps:
Taught in the same Conservatory from which he obtained his Diploma, replacing his own maestro BRUNO VICENZI. Also taught in a few Band schools including those of CASTEL S. PIETRO and BAZZANO. Became a member of the BOLOGNA TOWN THEATRE orchestra as a percussionist, obtaining qualification with the Maestro VLADIMIR DELMAN.
